L'Effondras takes shape in 2014 around the Lyon area (from Bourg-en-Bresse to be precise). The trio focuses on an instrumental Post-Rock, intense and minimalistic at the same time, and releases a first eponymous album shortly after their formation, with Niko Wenner on piano. Instrument that we will find on two EPs released in 2015. Quiet, L'Effondras treads a few boards of obscure cellars and continues their creative process with a second album in 2017, Les Flavescences.
In 2019 begins the writing and recording process of Anabasis, their third album studio, and their most intimate, accomplished, work to date, set to be released on may 2021.
